Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or ring. The item upgrader mod is replaced with another of the same kind however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each.
