Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a 1kg coffee beans that can be consumed by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee beans 1kg arabica, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

To brew your coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
