Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to evolve specific Pokemon. The upgrade is obtained by spinning a photo disc. It's sometimes given as a prize at Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be applied to armors, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to boost their level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests based on the kind of item upgrader mod.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools in order to add attributes or other bonuses when the equipment is being used. Upgrade components can only be used on equipment that has an upgrade slot available. The majority of upgrade components require that the item being upgraded is at a certain level. Some upgrade components have special visual effects that appear when they are used. Upgrade components are available through crafting, bought from Karma merchants, or traded with other players via the Trading Post. They can also be salvaged from equipment and used as rewards.
There are various upgrade components, each with various bonuses. Universal upgrades, such as gems and inscriptions are able to be applied to any type of equipment. They provide fewer bonuses than other types of upgrade component. Infusions can be used on legendary and non-amulet items, while enrichments are able to be used on back equipment that has been ascended. Inserting an upgrade component will cause the destruction of the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs, which can only be used in gathering tools, and enchantments. Both are able to be removed and replaced.
Insignias Enchantments, insignias, and prefix/suffix upgrades will be displayed in the hover display of the item level upgrade, while they are added to the equipment's name (e.g. an Radiant Insignia could change the name into Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements, like ligatures and ornaments, fractions, swashes registered trademark symbols, and ellipses. The Glyphs panel lets you look up and insert these unique characters along with standard glyphs such as em dashes and en dashes registered trademark symbols, as well as characters that are not found in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph gives a character boost in their primary stats. The glyph could also be equipped with up to four secondary stats which will affect its radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage boost that is multiplied by other bonuses, excluding Speed Glyphs that directly increase the hero’s speed.
Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will open a new window showing the Glyphs you have available that can be applied to the selected item Upgrader kit. Note that only the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the item upgrader you are looking for, as every weapon, jewelry or armor piece may have an array of different Glyphs.
Glyphs can be upgraded by completing Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult the dungeon, the greater the amount of Glyph experience that you will get. Once a Glyph has reached level 15, it can be upgraded using the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board increases by one node every 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.
After a Glyph reaches the desired level, you can activate it. Select it, then click the "enchant button". The resulting Glyph will give its stated benefit, and will also boost all other nodes in its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed where they will benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritize Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs, however, might offer dual benefits in the event that certain conditions are fulfilled and therefore are worth checking out for too.
Click the cycle widget to alter the perspective of the Glyphs Panel. Each of these views shows the Glyphs using a different font. You can reduce the number of glyphs you want to see by selecting an option beneath "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limits the options to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the process by which you create a new account to give yourself more chances to pull the character or weapon you are interested in. This can be done for you to increase your level faster or to obtain more loot, such as an additional weapon for your character. Many players reroll until they get the characters that they like regardless of their strength. This can be because they like the character's style or their personality.
When you reroll, you need to ensure that the changes you are making are safe. You should test locally to see if the patch passes the pre-commit test and run a core dev test. You should upload the patch with a clear difference to a problem (see What is an interdiff?) ).
Rerolls may take a few days or weeks depending on how fortunate you are. To save time, avoid enemy camps that are optional during this period. You should also avoid re-doing quests that can be completed later on in the game. This will save time and energy.
When you reroll, it is crucial to be aware of the upgrade system. There are a variety of ways to enhance your character's appearance as well as power. This could include upgrading your weapons or characters, rerolling them and buying upgrades. Additionally, it is important to understand the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling is not a necessary element of the game however it can be beneficial to increase your chances of getting the right weapon or character. It can be helpful when you're trying to find the most effective character to play or if you're looking to try different builds and play styles.
Sets
A set is a group of objects with common-2 attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen, or the members of a class). Sets can be used for operations such as intersection, union, and differences.
Upgrades can make a set better than it was before. This means that armor and weapons will have a higher defense value and lower requirements for strength.
Upgrades are an excellent method of bringing popular single-set items into the same level as their higher-tier set counterparts. For instance upgrading Guillaume's Face helm to Elite Spired Helm can increase the defense from 217 to 321 and reduces the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
It is important to keep in mind that not all items in the set are suitable for upgrading. Certain sets, like the FB Sorc spec's Whistan's Shield or Naj's Puzzler staff are already Elite and Exceptional in their own right and do not require upgrading. Certain items, such as Goldwrap and Whistan's Shield (both BiS) that are used frequently may benefit from an upgrade to increase their value. For these types of items, it may be worth the cost to upp them.
